I can also create 3D Computer Generated Models for buildings and communities. While these are not the near photorealistic renderings that some rendering houses create, they are very illustrative blockouts of exterior or interior architecture elements, proportions, and site conditions.One of the advantages to creating 3D models first is to allow the client and I to select the best possible view for the final rendering without having to draw several block-outs before a preferred view is decided on. With the 3D software, I can also create animated fly throughs or walk arounds that can help the client visualize a particular building or community and get a feeling for the space. These animated fly around movies can then be burned on a DVD and played in almost any DVD player.
