Architectural Renderings are billed at $60/ hour on a contractual basis. 1/3 of the estimated contract price is required as a deposit at the time the order for services is placed. This deposit is applied towards the total cost of the rendering. Turnaround time is generally about 2 weeks from the date I receive the signed contract and deposit (given that I receive all pertinent information required to deveop the rendering in a timely manner).

Individual 12" X 16" pastel pet portraits are typically $400. I prefer not to depict the pet any smaller than that size, as detail may be lost in the facial features. For 16" X 19" portraits that include 2 pets, I typically charge $700. Larger drawing prices are negotiable. Turnaround time for an individual pet portrait is typically 2 weeks from the date I receive the signed contract and photos.

For more elaborate pet portraits including backgrounds, floral painting, and other wildlife art, the price is on a case by case basis and takes into account: size, media, composition, complexity, and time frame.

Note: I require 1/3 of the contract price as retainer on ALL commissions BEFORE I start, that is applied towards the total cost of the art piece. For any commissions that surpass $1,000 in total estimated cost, another 1/3 will be requested approximately half way through (and digital progress photos will be e-mailed to client). I will require the remainder upon completion.

All commissions are on a first come first serve basis.
