GA WMA Stamp- '98-'99: This pastel drawing was awarded the WMA stamp for GA in 1998-1999. This stamp enables hunters to hunt on state owned land. Unfortunately, this was the last time they held this contest because the state of Georgia deemed it an unecessary expense due to the advancements in technology. The state has now gone to a computerized database. What a shame! I no longer have any signed prints of this painting. They were damaged due to a fire I had in May of 2000.
